Acquisition & Development Stage

• Purchase the license and build the production version of the software to be made available to end-users.
• Execute the tasks identified in the Scope and Commitment Stage during this stage.
• The Change Management team collaborates with end-users to implement changes in business processes.
• The data team works on migrating data from the old system to the new system.
• Configure the ERP with proper security, implementing the authentication and authorization policies for accessing the system.
